Public Says AT&T 'Hands' Most Favorite Ad

"Hands," a popular AT&T ad campaign that showcases the company's global wireless options, was voted "America's Favorite Magazine Ad" in a new contest sponsored by Magazine Publishers of America. The competition is a spinoff of MPA's Kelly Awards, in which industry leaders pick the best magazine ad campaigns. AT&T's "Hands," created by BBDO, beat out campaigns by 26 other leading brands. It it, human hands are painted and posed to depict various images, such as The Great Wall of China and the Rialto Bridge in Venice. AT&T delivers voice service in more than 215 countries.
