Dennis McClain, a founding partner of Interpublic's TM Advertising unit, will step back into active management as chairman, and Bill Oakley, Dave Weaver and Byron Nelson have been named managing
directors of the Dallas-based agency. The appointments are effective immediately and follow the resignation of TM President, Tom Hansen, who is joining Heelys Inc as president-CEO.
