Verdict Is In: Horizon Wins LegalZoom Biz

Horizon Media has been named broadcast agency of record for LegalZoom, the technology platform provider of legal advice following a competitive review. The incumbent agency was GroupM’s MEC but the shop chose not to pitch for the offline business; LegalZoom moved digital in-house earlier this year.  

Horizon will oversee all national television planning and activation for an account that spends some $40 million a year on advertising. 

The agency's Los Angeles office will manage the account and has begun planning for the third quarter of 2016. Its first work for LegalZoom will appear on the market in July.
