These individuals were selected by Clarke after “weeks of conversations with leaders who I knew were passionate about diversity and building a stronger culture at Havas.”

“It was important that this initial committee be kept to a small group of senior leaders that can be agile in making decisions, influence other leaders, and most of all ensure efforts keep moving forward,” Clarke added. “We have a lot of work to do, but I am confident this is the right group of people to see it through.”

Looking forward, “We believe that our approach and many of our programs can be scaled globally, pending of course on the needs and context of each region.”
