Brandwidth Ups Digital Assets, Acquires Williams Commerce, Cloudfy

Brandwidth Group has acquired ecommerce specialist Williams Commerce (WCL) as well as Cloudfy, their SaaS B2B ecommerce platform.

The deal is part of a strategy to enhance Brandwidth’s digital capabilities.

WCL is located in the U.K., with offices in New York, Australia, India and Singapore. WCL and Cloudfy clients include Ping, Moet Hennessey, BMW, Royal Botanical Gardens Kew, The National Gallery and UPS.

As part of the agreement, WCL and Cloudfy will retain their name and independent, specialist status. The newly acquired companies will also keep leadership, CEO Rob Williams, in place. He will work closely with Brandwidth CEO Jason Jones.

Brandwidth Group’s acquisition of WCL follows its 2022 acquisition of Cubaka and its merger with Mighty Social.

Brandwidth is owned by Next 15 Group. Clients include clients include Toyota, Virgin, Aston Martin and Dow. Other Next 15 agencies include Transform UK, Savanta and Elvis.
