ALHI Acquires 62Above To Synergize Skill Sets

Associated Luxury Hotels International, a luxury global sales organization, acquired San Diego marketing agency 62Above. The deal is part of ALHI's strategy to expand services to its 250 properties and client base.

Financial details were not disclosed.

62Above offers capabilities such as creative, design, strategy, media planning and buying and paid-social media. AHLI CEO Michael Dominquez said the alliance "completes a critical segment of our comprehensive service portfolio.”

ALHI’s focus on research and data analysis in the tourism and hospitality sectors will also benefit many of 62Above's clients.

The deal is seen as synergistic for both companies in growing business. “The transition will be seamless for our clients,” said Greg Carson, 62Above's president-COO.

The agency's client list includes See Monterey, Visit Carlsbad, Rancho Mirage, Cherry Creek North, Temecula Valley Winegrowers Association, Love Catalina and San Diego Museum of Art.

ALHI has 26 offices across North America and Europe.
