Michael DiSalvo is Senior Vice President, Health & Wellness at Ogilvy where he focuses on disease-related communications in areas from sexual health to neurology, and almost everything in between (quite literally). Having called Ogilvy home since 2009, Michael is a self-proclaimed Ogilvy enthusiast and plays an active role in Ogilvy’s employee engagement and external communications. Past experience includes support of branded and unbranded communications for Pfizer, Bristol-Myers Squibb, AstraZeneca, and Boehringer Ingelheim, among others. A graduate of Boston University’s College of Communication, Michael is a 2018 member of PRWeek’s 40 Under 40, winner of the 2016 Cannes PR Young Lions Global and U.S. Competitions, a former finalist for PRWeek’s Young PR Professional of the Year, team lead for a number of PR industry award-winning health and disease awareness initiatives, and his father’s second favorite son.
