Threadsy, the maker of the social marketing tool "Swaylo," was acquired by Facebook last week. TechCrunch reports, "...the startup's [Threadsy] paid product SwayloPro will continue to run as a separate company for its current investors." Threadsy said in their official release, "There is no better opportunity to take Swaylo's vision to the next level than at Facebook."

The list is based on four years of revenue change, according to the Biz Journals. Adap.tv tops the list of local groups on the list, coming in at No. 32 overall. The San Mateo-based online video and TV ad startup's revenue grew by 5,871.7 in the past four years.

Tech Crunch reports that San Francisco mobile marketing startup Klip is going international after signing on with UK-based sushi chain Yo! Sushi. The company will deliver offers for free food across UK-based apps that have integrated Klip's service. Tech Crunch says, "The expansion comes at a time when Kiip is competing against a number of other companies that also deliver rewards instead of straight advertisements, like Foursquare and Groupon."
