Nickelodeon Takes Top Spot

Nickelodeon Kids and Family Group's portfolio of digital sites ranked No. 1 kids and family online destination in average time spent and page views in January 2009, posting a 13% increase in unique visitors compared with last year, according to January's comScore Media Metrix.

Nickelodeon Kids and Family Group's digital sites generated 28.7 million unique visitors in January, up 13% compared with last year. Visitors averaged nearly 91.8 minutes on the sites, up 13% compared with a year ago, and total time spent equaled more than 2.6 billion minutes.

Total visits rose about 14% to 131 million, compared with the same time a year ago, and 2.0 billion page views.--Laurie Sullivan
