With so many companies reacting to the softening economy with hard layoffs, more Web surfers may find themselves combing the online classifieds for job possibilities. Last week, according to PC Data Online, over 4.5 million users visited jobsonline, and nearly 8.5 million visited jobsonline, monster.com and hotjobs.com. The top employment sites, PC Data Online says, are:
