Less than 24 hours into the conference, I think it's safe to hand over the buzzword bingo crown to the little microblogging platform that could. Whether it's attendees tweeting the highlights (using hashtag #mpsis) or talking about the impact of Twitter on search, their personal lives, and everything in between, there's no escaping the T-word.
