Chris Hamer, a former General Motors and Sony Music marketing executive has joined New York-based Katz Marketing Solutions, a radio-focused marketing firm as an SVP of Business Development.
Hamer was most recently managing director of OakView Strategic Advisors. He has been SVP of strategic marketing for Sony BMG Music, where he oversaw a co-branded marketing programs for
Nike, Mountain Dew and Victoria's Secret. He also led marketing and advertising for Cadillac during the division's reboot with the launch of the first-generation CTS that included the music of Led
Zeppelin.
Hamer also served as VP, Marketing Communications, at GM's OnStar unit.--Karl Greenberg
