Arbitron Inc. has elected Philip Guarascio as non-executive chairman of the board. He has served on Arbitron's Board of Directors since 2001, including as chairman or member of several committees.
From 1985-2000, Guarascio was vice president of corporate advertising and marketing for General Motors. Since 2000, Guarascio has been the chairman of the board and CEO of PG Ventures.
