Comcast Corp. will offer some television shows over the Internet to a test group of Time Warner subscribers in the coming weeks, reported Bloomberg. Comcast will conduct a trial with several
programmers, including Time Warner, in the coming weeks. The feature, called OnDemand Online, may help the cable company sign new customers who want more flexibility in viewing. The negotiations are
not final, and Comcast would not say which shows on TW nets -- Turner, TBS, CNN and Cartoon Network -- would be included in the arrangement. Comcast also owns the E! Entertainment and the Golf
Channel. Online video viewing rose 10 percent last year, according to Nielsen Co.
