Last month my satcaster stuffed my monthly biller with a 6-page, weathered-white and dull-black, densely worded, succinctly titled brochure entitled PRIVACY POLICY.
This informative piece of literature was divided into the following non-paginated,accordioned sections and opened with "dedicated to protecting consumer privacy":

    Clearly the thought behind this "disclosure" is to make it so daunting that few if any clients actually read it. Me experience has proven, when they don't want you to know something this badly, you really have to read it.

    It's very similar to the material we get in our CC statements, etc. where the key is indecipherability. And we all know how that ends up.

    So take these notices to the beach over the weekend and figure out how much spam you will receive and how your personal data will be passed out to "affiliates and third party providers".
