The click-measurement system in Google's AdWords and Microsoft's adCenter and Atlas Media Console platforms have received accreditation from the Media Rating Council (MRC), which certifies the
technology adheres to industry standards for counting interactive advertising clicks.
The accreditation also verifies the processes supporting the technologies have the MRC stamp of
approval. It demonstrates compliance with the Interactive Advertising Bureau's (IAB) Click Measurement Guidelines and the MRC's Minimum Standards for Media Rating Research.
