LongHorn Steakhouse has launched a first: an iPhone 3D app to its new "Discover the West in You(SM)" ad campaign. It is the first iPhone app for the casual dining industry, and one of the first to
employ stereoscopic 3D. Grey New York designed and executed the application, an extension of the TV campaign for LongHorn that kicked off in March. This is the first LongHorn advertising from Grey,
following an agency change last year. The iPhone app (also available for the iPod Touch) features a steak that can be flipped up to four times, and with the aid of 3-D glasses, in 3-dimension and
stereoscope.
