IFC is debuting an alternative food show Nov. 24 called "Dinner With the Band." Indie bands will join New York City chef Sam Mason, owner of Tailor, a pioneer of avant-garde cooking and a 2005 James
Beard nominee. In each of the six, 30-minute episodes, Chef Mason invites touring bands to his Brooklyn loft, where he adds his culinary spin to the bands' favorite dishes while chatting about life
on the road. The season's bands include Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings, Kid Sister and Flosstradamus, Les Savy Fav, Men, Yacht and Final Fantasy.
