IVillage Taps Meller For VP/Communications

Lauren A. Meller has been named vice president of communications for iVillage, the web's leading destination for women. Meller joins from Yahoo, where she has worked for the last seven years, most recently as director of corporate communications for advertising & sales.

In her new role, Meller will lead both external and internal communications for iVillage, handling all press outreach, media relations strategy and employee communications. She will work closely with Mary Ellen Mooney, Director of Communications for iVillage, who will report to Meller.--Nina Lentini
