Joie de Vivre. What does this idea mean for the key of business success? The hierarchy of needs: low: Survival (physical and safety) - medium: Success (Social belonging and esteem) - high: Transformation (self-authorization). How can this be measured in the workplace? The key to business success lies in the intangibles - Success and more important Transformation.

The pursuit of happiness. Measuring gross general happiness versus the GDP."GDP measures everything in short, except what makes life worthwhile." (Kennedy) The Happiness "Emotional Equation": Happiness = Wanting what you have / having what you want.

If 64% of all jobs today are in the intangible service industry, why are we still counting industrial-production-based GDP?
