Harty To President, Meredith's National Media Group

Meredith named Tom Harty President, National Media Group. Harty replaces Jack Griffin. Previously, Harty was vice president of the company's magazine group, promoted to president, consumer magazines last year, in charge of editorial and creative activities. Harty has also played a key leadership role in the development and execution of Meredith's Vision 2013 strategic initiative, which is expanding into mobile and eTablets. Prior to joining Meredith, Harty was senior vice president for The Golf Digest Companies.
