HSN President/CEO Mark Bozek will leave the channel owned by USA Interactive to create his own television and film production company, Halo Entertainment. Bozek, who joined HSN in March 1997 as EVP of
broadcasting, became the channel’s president in December 1998. Bozek has also worked at USA Interactive’s QVC and 20th Century Fox divisions.
