Bank of America is trying new checking accounts in the Northeast to make more money. The bank will offer a basic checking account with a mandatory monthly fee.
But the bank will offer
ways to avoid fees in other ways like maintaining a $2,000 minimum balance, using a credit card once a month and linking it to a BOA mortgage.
