Zappos, Amazon and LL Bean lead the retail world in terms of customer satisfaction, according to this year's National Retail Federation/American Express Customers Choice survey.
Also in the top 10: Overstock.com, Lands' End, JC Penney, Kohl's, QVC, Nordstrom and Newegg.
