Neverblue, a lead generation network based in Victoria, British Columbia, announced its acquisition of AKMG, a performance-based ad agency in El Segundo, CA. Neverblue said AKMG will continue to
operate independently, with co-founder Kimberlee White continuing on as president but the other co-founder Steven Patton moving on to "new entrepreneurial endeavors."
The purchase follows
Neverblue's launch of Neverblue Mobile in January, the opening of a European regional office in February and regional Asian office in Hong Kong last month. Neverblue was founded in 2004 and AKMG in
