As president and CEO of Emap USA, Tom Moloney launched FHM US, which has become one of America’s fastest growing magazines. On January 23, he will replace Robin Miller, who returned to the
London-based company 18 months ago to help set the media group back on course. With is work believed to have been completed, he hands the reins over to Moloney. Analysts say his experience in the US
market could boost Emap’s plans to expand its magazine titles into the States, although Moloney said Thursday that the UK and France would remain Emap’s core markets for the foreseeable future. At
just 43 years, Moloney has spent 22 years at Emap. In addition to its magazine division, Emap also owns TV and radio in the UK.
