Interpublic Friday named Dawn Hudson to its board of directors, making her the fourth woman on the agency holding company's 10-person board. Hudson, who currently is vice chairman of The Parthenon
Group, is also chairman of the LPGA. She recently completed an 11-year stint at PepsiCo, most recently serving as president-CEO of Pepsi-Cola North America.
