Some New York City cab drivers now have the power to refuse putting ads they think are too racy on their vehicle -- such as long-controversial strip-club and liquor ads.
New York's Taxi and
Limousine Commission just passed a rule giving such veto power over ads "reasonably" deemed inappropriate to "owners of yellow-taxi medallions, who lease the right to operate taxis to the drivers,"
