The Merriam-Webster mobile application contains all the definitions and graphical illustrations from one of America's oldest dictionaries. The digital app offers an integrated thesaurus, and links meanings and words, making connections between definitions. There's a scrollable index on the left rail to offer a different way to browse the entire dictionary, introducing the serendipity between words. Users have two options: ad supported and ad free. A voice-search feature assists when someone fails to spell a word correctly. The digital version provides an integrated thesaurus with synonyms and antonyms, example sentences, audio pronunciations, word of the day, and more.
