Scout by TeleNav, at first glance, is a navigational system. Once you take a closer look, you’ll see that this app aims to be more of a personal assistant than a GPS. The key feature of this app is streamlining planning by taking aspects of multiple apps, such as directions and weather, and presenting them to the user all in the same place.
