It's all in good fun until, well, it isn't and you discover your neighbor is a convicted car thief with a tattoo on his neck. Limited access with the free edition, but for 99 cents, there is full access to all felony photos in the area. In either case, get out of the car, being careful not to make eye contact, hurry inside, and download the app there.
