strategy, development and marketing firm has opened an in-house usability testing laboratory. The new facility will study and identify key web user expectations, provide understanding of their
decision-making process, and uncover potential roadblocks to successful online web-based experiences. Viewmark's usability lab, located in their Denver Technological Center offices, will provide
documented, real-world feedback on the successes and failures of a web site's user interface, as well as the effectiveness of messaging and call-to-action instructions for online advertising programs.
