Between January and March, it had 0.56 complaints per 1,000 customers, while Sky's broadband service attracted the fewest complaints at 0.15 per 1,000 customers. TalkTalk was also at the
bottom of the table in the landline market with Virgin Media at the top, attracting 0.72 and 0.16 complaints per 1,000 customers respectively. This is the sixth consecutive quarter in which TalkTalk
and Virgin Media have finished bottom and top of the landline complaints league.
