NECCO wafers, made by the New England Confectionary Co., have been around for a long time. The company is hoping to get younger fans with its new
agency, Noonan Creative Group of Framingham. The firm will design a website to pitch the wafers, Mary Jane peanut chews, the Clark Bar, and Haviland Thin Mints to younger folk.
