Hispanic Radio Market Continues To Reshape

The Spanish-language radio marketplace continues to be reshaped in the aftermath of Univision's acquisition of Hispanic Broadcasting Corp. On Friday, Radio Unica Communications Corp. announced plans to sell its station group to Multicultural Radio Broadcasting for $150 million in cash and that it is in talks to sell its radio network and promotions company Mass Promotions to other undisclosed players.
