Macy's to Open Finish Line Shops In 450 Stores

Retailers have gone crazy lately for the “shop-within-a-shop” strategy, and Macy’s now says it will introduce Finish Line stores in more than 450 of its locations The athletic shoe retailer will operate the leased departments, selling shoes for men, women and kids, beginning next spring. Macy’s says the arrangement is expected to generate an additional $250 million to $350 million in sales for Finish Line each year.
