Comcast Developing Toddler TV Net

Cable TV behemoth Comcast Corp. is in advanced talks with the Public Broadcasting Service, Sesame Workshop and Britain's HIT Entertainment to develop a 24-hour TV network aimed at preschoolers, reports The Wall Street Journal. The new network would carry no ads and would feature popular toddler TV shows such as "Sesame Street" and "Barney & Friends." Nielsen TV ratings currently measure children ages two and older.
