The Cartel Group, working on accounts such as the U.S. Army, JCPenney, Capital One, Dickies, and Chili's. Irvine has more than 20 years of experience leading media planning departments at agencies
such as Ornelas & Associates, Siboney USA Dallas, Bromley Communications, and The Solis Group.
