LG Building A Non-Water Washer

Korean electronics giant is dreaming up a washing machine that won't require water. But SVP for LG Electronics Home Appliance Division, Kevin Cha won't say how it works or whether "totally waterless" isn't quite right. It's also in the early stages of development. Another LG model unveiled at CES can do some cleaning without detergent or water. LG is also looking at an ecological re-imagining of the refrigerator, with a prototype that can keep itself cool for six hours without any power assistance.
