Three network managers were hired for Weigel Broadcasting's Movies! Network, a joint project with Fox Television Stations, reports MediaBistro. Garth Franklin has been named network creative leader for the Me-TV Network and Movies! Previously, he was creative director for AXS TV, Magnolia Pictures and HDNet Movies for six years. William M. Craig, who was most recently the senior promo producer at WMAQ in Chicago, has been named brand director for Movies! Network. Finally, Ed Johnson was named head of content and scheduling. Before this, he worked in programming at TV One, Ovation and CBS Television Distribution.
