Aegis Media this morning announced the acquisition of Kinecto, a digital agency is Romania that is part of Tempo Creative Group. Aegis said it will pay about $6.5 million to the agency’s equal shareholders, Radu Ionescu and Dragos Grigoriu, based on future business performance. Established in 2003, Kinecto was one of the first digital agencies in the market. In 2008, the agency became part of Tempo Creative Group which contributed to growth with clients, expertise and corporate resources. Following its acquisition, Kinecto will be integrated into the Isobar network and will be rebranded to Kinecto Isobar.
