Microsoft has been on a mission to transform into a “devices and services company” since last year. Now, the software giant is reportedly considering a major overhaul to achieve that
goal. “CEO Steve Ballmer is working on what is likely to turn into a significant restructuring,” AllThingsD reports. “What seems likely is an organizational structure that will focus
on configuring Microsoft around devices and services.”
