AT&T said it had “strong” customer additions in the second quarter, particularly for its U-Verse broadband and TV subscriber areas, compared with the previous
year.
The company also said it added approximately 500,000 new post-paid wireless customers in the quarter, thanks to several promotions. The company, however, is sticking
with its full-year 2013 guidance, which expected full-year revenue growth to be about 2%.
