A little more than a month after adding two executives, independent media trading desk Accordant Media has added two more to its senior roster. The company has named Aram Chekijian SVP of analytics and insights, and Kristin Marlow as group director, West.

Marlow was most recently director of global digital marketing at Montage Hotels & Resorts. She also has experience as a senior member of the client engagement group at Razorfish. She will lead all relationships, strategies, and campaign planning for Accordant West. She will work from the company's San Francisco office.

Chekijian joins Accordant from WPP's Group M. He will work from Accordant's New York headquarters.
