Visualead Raises $1.6M

Israel-based technology firm Visualead on Monday announced raising $1.6 million in a first-round financing led by Kaedian Capital and Entrée Capital. The company offers a “do-it-yourself” platform for building QR code and mobile campaigns. With its technology, the company promises any business can quickly incorporate QR codes into any design or ad in a few steps. Visualead plans to use the new capital to expand distribution of its white-label solutions and execute its intellectual property strategy.
