REVOLVING DOOR: Rosetta Promotes Tammy Soares To Managing Partner

Rosetta, Publicis Groupe's consumer engagement agency, promoted Tammy Soares to managing partner, up from partner. In her new role, Soares will work alongside managing partner Grant McDougall in the oversight and management of the Technology and Telecommunications Industry Group, the agency’s largest group in terms of revenue. In her new role, she will join the agency’s Operating Committee and lead a focused initiative on Account Management. Soares joined Rosetta in 2008.
