The first update to Windows 8.1 is out, with some minor updates, including a new title bar for Microsoft’s Windows 8-style apps. Wireless data got somewhat cheaper over the weekend:
AT&T announced a family data sharing plan deal, including 10 GB of data for four smartphones for $160. That’s $100 less than a similar plan from Verizon Wireless.
