Big changes are afoot at Microsoft under the new leadership of Satya Nadella. “Now it is about discovering the new formula,” Nadella tells The New York Times in his first interview as the
software giant’s CEO. With regard to decision-making and innovation, Nadella said: “Everything now is going to have to be much more compressed in terms of both cycle times and response
times … that is perhaps the big culture change -- recognizing innovation and fostering its growth.”
