Ibrahim Balic, a Turkish hacker, took responsibility for the attack on the Google PlayStore claiming to exploit flaws in the service, but after the Mountain View, Calif. company got the system up and
running, he brought it down again. CNN reports that Balic wrote an app to exploit the flaw, but said he didn't expect it to knock everyone offline.
