Interpublic Puts Brakes On Auto Racing Unit

The Interpublic Group of Companies, parent of Initiative Media and Universal McCann, Monday announced plans to sell the four automobile racing tracks owned by its Brands Hatch Circuits unit to MotorSport Vision Ltd. The sale includes Brands Hatch, Oulton Park, Cadwell Park and Snetterton but not the Formula One British Grand Prix and the lease of the Silverstone track. Terms of the deal have not been announced.
